I'm Ann, Diector at Ideal Spaces, welcome! Becoming a single mum was pretty scary a few years ago and I can't tell you how relieved I was that I began investing in property in my twenties.

 I don't believe that money alone buys happiness, just that when health and relationship issues arise (as they inevitably do), not being able to work is not an added worry. I am in no doubt that if I had only saved instead of buying assets that rise with inflation, life would have been incredibly tough.

As a mum, property investing has brought me and my children the security and stability that we needed to rebuild our lives. It bought our family the time to heal and be happy, the warmth and comfort of a new home. 

I vowed from that moment to plough everything into my future and invested in formal, accredited training, mentorship and growing a broad network of experts for support. 

As an active volunteer supporting community projects I've been able to add true value to communities and can't bear to see green spaces lost as derelict sites remain.

My story is at the heart of our values:

And so Ideal Spaces was born... we are trained and experienced in finding properties that have value and potential for investors. We are committed to improving communities through thorough maintenance of good quality properties, and re-developing those that have been neglected in order to preserve the green spaces that we enjoy around us for as long as possible. 

We also believe firmly that communities are not only made of bricks and mortar (and please not too much grey pebbledash!), first and foremost, it's the people. We are volunteers and if a community would find benefit in a particular project, whether it be a parent & baby group to a charity bonfire, we’ll roll up our sleeves and help to make it an ideal place to be. 

We can't do this alone, we need the help of responsible investors! In return, investors can count on a bespoke service to find the property that will help to provide a secure financial future and building the monthly income to live a life with more of what you choose!
